On-site Calibration
We provide on-site calibration services in all oil and gas

On-site calibration is the most efficient and cost-effective way

Valve Servicing
Mowin’s vision extends beyond simple valve overhaul and
repairs. In the field of valve servicing, we specialize in
dismantling and reassembling valves. Our highly skilled
technicians provide both on-site and off-site emergency and
scheduled repair services, as well as routine workshop repairs.

INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SERVICES
Instrumentation Calibration
Calibration is a critical component of any instrument system, ensuring the accuracy of the information produced. Mowin
provides calibration services for a wide range of instruments
used to measure process variables such as pressure,
temperature, and simulation devices. We employ full,
experienced staff and highly qualified supervisors to perform
calibration and loop checks.
All equipment is calibrated either annually or remotely, and we
are continuously upgrading our standards to maintain a
state-of-the-art environment. Mowin resources capabilities include:
Adjustment of Measuring Instruments
In the case of a deviation of measurement results from the
required limit values of a measuring instrument, and upon the
request by the customer, we could adjust the measuring
instrument or repair it. Mowin re-rang instrument with the client
required ranges.
To range an instrument means to set the lower and upper range
values so its response with the desired sensitivity to changes in
input and maintain operating variables. And for the analog
instruments, re-ranging (usually) only be accomplished by recalibration.
Commissioning & Shutdown
MOWIN is knowledgeable for pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and shutdown expertise, with experience in the following areas:
