Instrumentation Calibration
Instrument Calibration is an important part of any instrument system. The
accuracy of the information produced by any instrument is dependent on it.
Mowin provides a calibration service for a range of instruments used for
measuring process variables such as pressure, temperature and simulation
devices. The importance of calibration procedures is to ensure erecting the
highest level of quality and accuracy of the process to have a highly qualified
and experienced staff. Supervisors perform the calibration and loop checks.
All equipment is either annually or routinely calibrated. We are continuously
upgrading our standards that facilitate our commitment to maintaining a
state-of-the-art environment.

On-site Calibration
We provide an onsite calibration service in all oil and gas facilities. Our
experienced team will work tirelessly at the project site while the plant
operates uninterrupted, minimizing equipment downtime and costly delays
in production. On-site calibration is the most efficient and cost-effective way
to keep the company running while ensuring the quality of a customer’s
product. We go through hot cutover procedures to achieve uninterrupted
operations.

Adjustment of Measuring Instruments
In case of a deviation of measurement results from the required limit values
of a measuring instrument and upon the request by the customer, we could
adjust the measuring instrument or repair it. Mowin re-range instrument with
the client required ranges. To range an instrument means to set the lower
and upper range values so its response with the desired sensitivity to
changes in input and maintain operating variables. And for the analog
instruments, re-ranging can only be accomplished by re- calibration.
Commissioning & Shutdown
MOWIN is knowledgeable for pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup,
and shutdown expertise, with experience in the following areas:

valve servicing, we specialize in dismantling and reassembling valves.

and schedule repair services or routine workshop repair.
Our Services range from maintenance/inspection to general overhauls of all
types of pipeline valves, control valve 6 actuator, butterfly valves, breather
valve, safety valves PSVs etc.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is crucial in engineering as it affects the dependability, durability, and effectiveness of
operations. We have two proactive approach. These are predictive and preventive maintenance.
Predictive Maintenance.
Predictive maintenance (PDM) uses data analysis to identify operational anomalies and potential
equipment defects, enabling timely repairs before failure occur to minimize maintenance frequency,
avoiding unplanned outages and unnecessary preventive maintenance costs.
Planning and scheduling maintenance will minimize failure and downtimes.
Preventive Maintenance.
Preventive maintenance (PM) is the regular and routine maintenance of equipment and assets to
keep them running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure.
Breakdown Maintenance.
Breakdown maintenance, sometimes called run-to-failure maintenance occurs when an asset
completely breakdown and need repairs or replacement to resume operations.
